Our Terms & Conditions

Conceptum Yachts – Liveaboard Experiences on the Red Sea.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all liveaboard journeys, kite safaris, dive safaris, and private charters operated by Conceptum Yachts in the Red Sea.

GENERAL TERMS
Destinations & Itineraries
All Red Sea liveaboard destinations are subject to natural and operational factors, including weather conditions and governmental approvals. Conceptum Yachts reserves the right to adjust itineraries when necessary to ensure safety and optimal conditions. The captain and guides have final authority regarding routes, kite or dive sites, and daily plans. In the event that activities or destinations cannot be reached due to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, no refunds or compensation can be offered.

BOOKING POLICY:
To confirm a booking with Conceptum Yachts, the following information is required for each guest:
- Full name as shown on passport.
- Nationality
- Passport number or passport scan
- Relevant kiteboarding or diving certification, level, and number of logged dives (if applicable).

The final guest list, including kite and/or dive equipment details, must be confirmed no later than 3 weeks prior to the trip.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- Bank transfer
- Secure online payment (VISA / MasterCard via Stripe)
- Cash (by prior arrangement)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking
- 20% is due 3 months prior to the scheduled arrival date
- 20% is due 1 month prior to the scheduled arrival date
- The remaining balance is payable before yacht departure

Any applicable surcharges or environmental fees are to be paid in cash upon arrival.

PRIVATE CHARTERS

Enquiry
Upon receiving an enquiry for a specific date or route, we will provide full details and availability via email.

Option Request
Once booking confirmation is requested, an invoice for the required deposit will be issued. The option is held for one week. If the deposit is not received by the due date, the option will be released and made available for other bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund
for cancellations made more than 6 months prior to arrival (Bank transfer fees may apply)

30% of total amount charged for cancellations within 6 months of arrival
- 50% of total amount charged for cancellations within 3 months of arrival
- 70% of total amount charged for cancellations within 1 month of arrival
- 100% charge in case of cancellation on the scheduled arrival date or no-show

TRIP CHANGES
Trip Changes or Yacht SubstitutionIn rare cases where operational or safety considerations require a yacht change or itinerary adjustment, Conceptum Yachts will make every reasonable effort to maintain the quality and spirit of the journey. Such changes do not entitle guests to refunds or compensation.

Such changes do not entitle guests to refunds or compensation.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

- Guests are responsible for any loss of or damage to Conceptum Yachts’ property or equipment caused by negligence or misuse and must compensate at current market value.

- Guests must be physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate in all activities they have booked. No refunds will be granted for discomfort or injury resulting from unfitness.

- Conceptum Yachts reserves the right to restrict or prohibit participation in kiteboarding, diving, or other activities if a guest is deemed unfit, unsafe, or fails to follow international safety standards (PADI / IKO / CDWS).

- Respect for marine life, protected areas, and National Marine Park regulations is mandatory at all times.

- Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited before or during diving or kitesurfing activities.

- Guests must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. Behavior that endangers others or disrupts the experience may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

CHILDREN POLICY

- Children under the age of 4 years are not permitted on liveaboard trips.

- Children aged 4 years and above must be supervised at all times by a parent or designated responsible adult.

FINAL NOTE

By confirming a booking with Conceptum Yachts, guests acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. Our goal is always to create safe, seamless, and unforgettable journeys — guided by respect for the sea, our guests, and the destinations we share.
